Web Application Development Developer - Trainee

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript languages;
• Familiarity with the SolidJS framework is strongly desired.
• Understanding the basic principles of programming: variables, loops, functions, conditions;
• Willingness to learn how to work with the Git versioning system;
• Good communication skills and readiness for teamwork;
• Logical thinking and an analytical approach to solving problems;
• Patience and persistence in overcoming technical challenges;
• Knowledge of the English language at the B2 level.

• Participation in the development of simple parts of web applications with the support of a mentor;
• Writing readable and organized code according to given specifications;
• Learning and applying basic technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and working with databases;
• Collaboration with the team on daily tasks and solution documentation;
• Active acquisition of knowledge through work, internal training and feedback from mentors.

• Work in a mentoring environment with daily technical support;
• Work from the Shindiri Studio office during the duration of the program;
• Provided technical equipment and access to educational materials;
• Periodic evaluations and individual feedback;
• Possibility of promotion to a junior position after successful completion of the program.

The right to participate in the implementation of the measure is created by the candidate on the condition that:

• Eligible candidates by profession include those with education in: Electrical Engineering High School, Gymnasium, or Mechanical Engineering High School
• He/she has the status of an unemployed person, who has been registered with the National Service for at least three months,
• He/she is up to 30 years of age,
• He/she meets the general and special conditions for inclusion in the measure in accordance with the valid acts of the National Service ,
• He/she has acquired a qualification at the level of secondary education, ,
• He/she has no work experience in the occupation for which the education was acquired or has work experience shorter than the time specified for the internship;
• He/she has not been in an employment relationship with that employer in the period of three months prior to submitting the employer's request for participation in the measure
