Software Quality Assurance Tester – Trainee

• Basic knowledge of software testing principles and QA processes;
• Understanding of key concepts like test cases, bug reports, regression testing, manual testing;
• Knowledge of different operating systems and Smart TV platforms;
• Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) or test management tools is a plus;
• English language proficiency at B2 level;
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills;
• Precision and accuracy in identifying and reporting bugs;
• Ability to maintain focus and quality under time constraints;
• Desire to learn, grow professionally, and adapt to new technologies and QA tools;

• Testing Smart TV applications across multiple platforms;
• Writing and maintaining test cases and test plans;
• Reporting and tracking bugs using appropriate tools;
• Collaborating with the development team to reproduce and resolve issues;
• Testing new features and performing regression testing before new releases;
• Learning and adopting essential QA processes and tools;
• Participating in team meetings, following internal procedures, deadlines, and quality standards;
• Working from the Shindiri Studio office and engaging in daily team communication;

• Work in a mentorship-driven environment with continuous technical support;
• Office-based work during the program at Shindiri Studio;
• Provided technical equipment and access to learning resources;
• Periodic evaluations and individual feedback;
• Possibility of promotion to a Junior QA Tester position after successful program completion;

The right to participate in the implementation of the measure is created by the candidate on the condition that:

• Eligible candidates by profession include those with a diploma from: Faculty of Electrical Engineering (ETF), Faculty of Organizational Sciences (FON), Faculty of Sciences (PMF), School of Computing (RAF), Higher Technical Schools of Electrical Engineering, or other related technical disciplines.
• He/she has the status of an unemployed person registered in the National Service for at least 3 months,
• He/she is up to 30 years of age,
• He/she meets the general and special conditions for inclusion in the measure in accordance with the relevant acts of the National Service, ,
• He/she has at least the sixth level of qualifications ,
• He/she has no work experience in the occupation for which the qualification was acquired or has work experience shorter than the time established for professional experience,
• He/she has not been in an employment relationship with that MP within the three-month period of submitting the MP's request for training in the measure.
